President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke to teachers from 81 provinces at his gathering at Beştepe Exhibition Hall.

Recalling the Operation Claw-Sword in northern Iraq and Syria, Erdoğan said: “Our forces are destroying the terrorist nests where the attacks are planned and carried out with the air operations they have conducted in northern Iraq and Syria. Of the 432 thousand 672 teachers who registered for the subject teacher exam, 422 thousand 368 passed the exam. In total, 516 thousand 974 teachers, including those who were exempt, had the right to become specialized teachers. 66 thousand 422 of our 68 thousand 67 specialist teachers who applied for the headteacher exam passed the exam. 257 subject teachers were exempted from the exam because they completed their doctoral training. Thus, 66,679 expert teachers earned the right to become headmasters.”
