President Erdoğan met with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to the statement of the Presidency’s Directorate for Communication, regional issues were discussed during the meeting, in particular developments in Turkey-Russia relations and the Grain Corridor.
During the meeting, President Erdoğan thanked Russian President Putin for his constructive attitude towards the 120-day extension of the Istanbul agreement on grain exports.
President Erdoğan stated that prolonging the war between Russia and Ukraine will increase risks and therefore diplomatic talks should gökyeşitözü revived.
