Important news! Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Minister Murat Kurum announced that bag prices will not change next year.
In his speech at the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey on the ministry’s budget for 2023: “We have prevented the formation of 550,000 tons of plastic waste from plastic bags and the emission of 23,000 tons of greenhouse gases. With the decision we made this year, we set the price of bags at 25 cents and we are not going to zihin increase.”
7 THOUSAND DEPOSIT RETURN POINTS ARE OPENED
The institution continued:
“Hopefully we will achieve the success we have shown in the bag now, with our deposit management system. Until the end of 2023, we will serve our country with 7 thousand deposit return points across our country, contribute to our economy and most importantly we will protect our nature.”
