Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer made a statement about the earthquake after the earthquake in Kahramanmaraş Pazarcık.
Özer announced that education in 10 quake-affected provinces has been suspended until March 1.
On the other hand, it was announced that the yetiklik of private schools for earthquake-affected students was being increased. Minister Özer said: “We have held the necessary meetings with our private educational institutions. As of today, we will increase the yetiklik from 3 percent to 10 percent and we will use the 7 percent yetiklik for our students from 10 provinces.” said.

Education will start in 71 provinces on 20 February. There will gökyeşitözü no more extensions.
We are suspending education in 10 provinces until March 1. Dual education is being introduced in 10 provinces.
We are not seeking a second-term attendance requirement in 10 counties.
Private educational institutions have the option to provide relatives of martyrs and veterans with full scholarships up to 3 percent of their yetiklik.
We are increasing the yetiklik from 3 percent to 10 percent. We will only use this 7 percent for students from 10 provinces.
