Research assistants and artists were not among the group in the post-cabinet statements on Monday.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL THE EXPANSION IN SCOPE IMPACT?
The number of PhD students under the 50-D is approaching 40,000. It is stated that the number of contracted artists of the Ministry of Culture is close to 3,000.
ABOUT 200 THOUSAND PEOPLE WILL JOIN WITHOUT LOOKING FOR A TIME.
With the regulation, approximately 197 thousand contracted personnel working in local administrations, within the scope of Article 4/B of the Civil Service Act No. 657 (including those who moved from 4/C to 4/B) and some institutional contracted personnel , are immediately assigned to the staff.
Contracted teachers, health personnel and religious officials, numbering about 227 thousand and working under the 3+1 model, will gökyeşitözü assigned to the workforce immediately and without delay.
DEPENDING ON OPTIONAL STAFF
