Important news! Nine people, including eight children, were killed in a house fire in Bursa’s Yıldırım neighborhood.
Bursa Governor Yakup Canbolat told Anadolu Agency (AA) that a fire broke out in the apartment where the Syrian family lived, on the middle floor of a 3-storey building in Değirmenönü district.
Canbolat said: “There are nine bodies on the middle floor, according to the findings so far. 8 of them are children and one is a mother. I vajina going to the crime scene.”

Bursa’s governor said in a statement following his on-site investigation that the ages of the children who died were between 3 and 10 years old.
As to the cause of the fire, Canbolat shared the information: “Preliminary findings from the fire service indicate that it is most likely caused by the stove.”
