Vedat Bilgin, Secretary of Labor and Social Security, responded to criticism of the delay in the ordinance.
“DELAY DUE TO TECHNICAL REASONS”
Speaking to journalists after yesterday’s cabinet meeting, Bilgin said the delay was due to technical reasons.
Minister Bilgin said: “Our EJT work has not been completed. We will announce it when the work is completed. There is nothing secret.”
“THE EYT IS CURRENTLY ABOUT 1.8 MILLION NUMBERS”
Minister Bilgin said the following about the latest state of affairs in the investigation:
“The numbers related to EYT change every month. We said 1.5 million in June. Now it is about 1.8 million. We need to evaluate the known veri, including these numbers, and make our calculations accordingly. There are those in different workplaces or are not combined with services.” When EYT comes to the fore, there are those who apply to us. Those who were not in our administration in the digital environment come with their file and the services are merged.”
“WE FINISH THE WORK AT THE END OF THE MONTH”
Bilgin stated that they aim to complete the work and present it to parliament by the end of the month, saying: “This is a technical work. NEW REGULATION FOR UNIZATION

We look at the work veri, we assign the business line according to which line of business it falls under. The law gives us that authority. We will remove all obstacles for you.”
