The responsibilities of 309 suspects were determined in the investigations launched ex officio by the chief prosecutors into the buildings destroyed by the earthquakes in 11 provinces or in which changes to the zoning plan were found.
83 of the arrested suspects were arrested by the judges from whom they were taken, and judicial control was ordered for 62 suspects. In addition, arrest warrants have been issued against 8 suspects and zihin arrest warrant has been issued against 69 persons.
While 18 people are still in custody on orders from the Chief Public Prosecutor, 10 of the suspects were found not to gökyeşitözü alive.
The investigation established that 4 suspects were abroad and 24 suspects were released after their statements.
THEFT AND LOAD INVESTIGATIONS
The chief prosecutors also took action against the thefts, looting and aggravated fraud that took place in the region after the earthquakes.
Investigations in this context identified 243 suspects related to 319 incidents.
152 of these suspects were arrested by the judges before whom they were brought before and judicial control was ordered against 31 people.
As part of the investigation, arrest warrants have been issued against 29 suspects, 4 people have been released after their statements and 8 suspects are still detained.
