HDP’s request, which applied to the Constitutional Court (AYM) to leave the closure case until after the election, was rejected.
HDP applied to the Constitutional Court requesting that the oral defence, which was decided to take place on April 11, gökyeşitözü postponed, kakım part of the closure case, to a post-election date on May 14.
The petition submitted to the Supreme Court recalled that according to the election date, the lists of candidates will gökyeşitözü submitted on April 9 and finalized on April 19.
The petition stated: “If a decision to close is taken after the lists are finalized, the party kakım a whole will gökyeşitözü barred from participating in the elections.”
HDP’s previous application in this direction was not accepted.
