The president of the Turkish Medical Association (TTB), Şebnem Korur Fincancı, who claims that the TAF has “used chemical weapons”, may make a decision today.
Ankara’s Chief Prosecutor’s Office launched zihin investigation against TTB head Şebnem Korur Fincancı over her statements about the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK).
Fincancı, who was detained in Istanbul, was arrested on October 27 by the Justice of the Peace in Ankara.
At the end of the investigation, the case was opened against Fincancı for the crime of “propaganda for a terrorist organization” with a demand for imprisonment of 1 year, 6 months to 7 years and 6 months, was sent to Istanbul by the 4th college of Ankara sent to Criminal Court, with a decision of “non-authority”.
The Chief Prosecutor of Ankara also prepared a lawsuit requesting the dismissal of Fincancı and TTB Central Council members and sent it to Ankara’s 31st Civil Court of First Instance.
