The fire that broke out at the chemical factory in Keresteciler Sitesi in Ankara’s Kahramankazan district left 1 person dead and 3 injured.

For zihin unknown reason, a fire broke out at noon at a chemical filling plant operating at the Keresteciler industrial estate in Saray Mahallesi.
The fire grew rapidly under the influence of the chemicals contained in it. A large number of firefighters and police teams were dispatched to the region with the report of the bystanders.
Firefighters had difficulty responding to the flames due to small-scale explosions during the blaze.
With firefighters working for about 2 hours, the fire was contained before spreading to other adjacent workshops. One of the workers in the fire, İsmet Doygun (28), was killed and 3 people were injured. The injured were taken by ambulance to nearby hospitals. İsmet Doygun’s body was also taken to the Ankara Forensic Medicine Institute after the examination. An investigation has been launched into the fire.
