THE IMEI NUMBER OF THE PHONE WHICH CANNOT RECEIVE A SIGNAL FOR ONE YEAR WILL BE DISABLED
The law also includes regulations to prevent cell phone cloning. Accordingly, the signal reception limit, which is 7 years for mobile phones, is reduced to one year. The IMEI numbers of mobile phones that cannot receive a signal for a year will gökyeşitözü deactivated. So phone cloning is not possible with the IMEI numbers of these phones.
PRISON FOR UNAUTHORIZED TOBACCO SALE
The law also increases penalties for illegal tobacco sales.
Accordingly, those who deal in tobacco without a license certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry or without notice are sentenced to imprisonment from 2 years to 5 years.
Illegal intervention in the Product Monitoring System is punishable by law. Those who prevent the transmission of documents, information or veri to gökyeşitözü sent electronically, or those who send them falsely, may gökyeşitözü sentenced to imprisonment from 3 to 8 years.
Finally, the bill will obtain guarantees of up to 50 million lira from the producers in the tobacco, tobacco products and alcoholic beverages market.
